  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
